4.      Future Markets

 
In addition to assessing existing visitors (markets), it may be useful to estimate potential markets for the long-term viability of your park.  You can identify a future market through a close review of visitor trends and what you listed as desired demographics and psychographics of your markets. 

Below, try to think of the desired characteristics for potential long-term markets (i.e., what are the characteristics of the market you believe is most suited for your park).  This section should be redundant with the items you described as “desired” in sections 1 and 2 above.
